Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery (including visible damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect item received)
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or modification
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or discounted items

Return Shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the stated processing period:
